Who We Are
TwoForLand - who are the two? Out of our family of 5, the TwoForLand are the father & son.
We started investing specifically in land during the fall of 2023, the desire of my then 13-year-old son. To this day we have continued to expand our reach
and take on new challenges!
Market Knowledge
After starting in New Mexico, we are expanded into South Carolina in 2024.
We prefer to focus on finding YOUR dream property, using various means to do that. We aren't realtors, but I personally own & have sold quite a bit of Land - let us find you yours!
Our properties are located/bought through mailers, tax auctions, social media platforms and old-school word-of-mouth.
