Who We Are
TwoForLand - who are the two? Out of our family of 5, the TwoForLand are the father & son.
We started investing specifically in land during the fall of 2023, the desire of my then 13-year-old son. To this day we have continued to expand our reach
and take on new challenges!
We also own & operate a Tiny Camper rental business in Alaska during the summer.
Market Knowledge
After starting in New Mexico, we have now expanded into South Carolina, New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Alaska.
We are not realtors, we own our properties.
We identify and procure our properties through mailers, tax auctions, social media platforms, old-school word-of-mouth, simply a variety of methods.
